A: Traditional Learning: The entire course (cognitive knowledge and hands-on skills) is completed in-person with an instructor.

  • Blended Learning: The knowledge portion is completed online at your own pace, and then you attend a shorter, dedicated in-person skills session to practice and demonstrate techniques.

Q: Do you offer training for infants and children (Pediatric)?

A: Yes, we offer the Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class, which includes specialized techniques and knowledge for caring for infants and children, in addition to adults.

Q: What is Basic Life Support (BLS)?

A: BLS is an advanced level of CPR and AED training specifically designed for healthcare providers (nurses, EMTs, dental professionals, etc.). We offer dedicated Red Cross BLS certification classes.

Q: Do you provide on-site training for groups?

A: Yes! Our specialty is on-site training. We come directly to your business, school, or facility to train your team, maximizing convenience and minimizing downtime.

During the Class

Q: Are the classes hands-on?

A: Absolutely. Our classes heavily emphasize hands-on practice using high-quality manikins, training AED devices, and first aid supplies to ensure you gain the confidence to perform the skills in a real emergency.

Q: What should I wear to the class?

A: We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing as you will be kneeling, bending, and performing physical skills (like chest compressions) on the floor.

Q: What happens if I fail the skills test?

A: Our instructors work hard to ensure you feel confident and prepared. If you don't pass on the first attempt, we provide remediation and opportunities to retest immediately during the class until you successfully demonstrate proficiency.
