From 2008 to 2013, Homer served as an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer for the South Georgia, North, and Central Florida Region, specializing in creating qualified instructors. This experience means our training is not just certified—it's delivered with the deep expertise required to teach the teachers.

• Safety Management: Served as a Safety Manager for over a decade, identifying hazards, investigating unsafe practices, conducting workplace monitoring, and ensuring organizational compliance with complex safety standards (NAVOSH, OSH, NFPA).
• Elite Instructor Status: Honed expert instructional skills as a Military Instructor and Lead Electronic Warfare Officer Instructor in the Iraqi Theater of Operation, where we developed curriculum, managed complex training schedules, and successfully graduated over 1,250 students.
